Senior Frontend Developer

We're developing cutting-edge ecosystems powered by our proprietary AI and big data algorithms — transforming how brands deliver synchronized TV and digital campaigns, optimize programming, and measure effectiveness.

AEOS’s solutions are based on our own, in-house developed AI and big data algorithms that enable a wide spectrum of marketing and data solutions. The applications range from synchronizing TV and digital advertising, optimizing programming schemes, and evaluating campaign effectiveness to creating completely new addressable TV campaigns. Our solutions are used by more than 50 clients in 5 European countries, including advertisers, regulatory bodies, TV companies, media agencies, and telecom operators.

With a growing team, we are looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Frontend Developer to help us push the limits of what’s possible in our mission to revolutionize TV advertising. As a Senior Frontend Developer at all eyes on screens, you will play a key role in implementing new features that make our products as powerful, user-friendly, and enjoyable as possible. 

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Architect, develop, and optimize scalable, high-performance frontend applications.

• Translate complex requirements into intuitive, elegant, and user-friendly interfaces.

• Take ownership of critical features from design to production, ensuring robustness and responsiveness at scale. 

• Write and maintain tests to verify functionality and ensure code quality. 

• Use browser developer tools to debug, identify, and fix errors efficiently 

• Contribute to technical decisions and frontend architecture, introducing modern tools and practices. 

• Mentor and support junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing. 

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (backend, product, UX/UI, data) to deliver seamless user experiences. 

• Stay on top of industry trends and continuously drive improvements in frontend development.
  
  

What We Expect From You 

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, ideally in fast-paced or product-focused environments. 

• Strong expertise in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS. 

• Solid understanding of performance optimization, responsive design, and scalable application structures. 

• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Git, and modern build tools. 

• A track record of writing clean, maintainable, and testable code. 

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. 

• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and also act as a mentor within the team. 

Bonus points for:

• Experience with RxJS, D3.js, webpack, or PostgreSQL. 

• Familiarity with Node.js or other backend technologies. 

• Experience in data-heavy applications and/or martech solutions
